Pacific Music Festival

Founded by Bernstein and the London Symphony Orchestra, the Pacific Music Festival has taken place every year in Sapporo, Japan since 1990. The international festival brings together young musicians from around 20 different countries and seasoned music educators from some of the world’s best orchestras. On the program are some of the greatest masterworks of the classical repertoire, framed by the exhilarating sett of a melting pot of diverse cultures, pedagogical approaches, and artistic sensibilities.
