Fours years after his last appearance in Verbier, the great Brazilian pianist Nelson Freire gives a rendition of Brahms' brilliant Second Piano Concerto! If you enjoyed last summer's Rite of Spring, you are going to love Petrushka, Stravinsky's poignant ballet, composed in Lausanne and here conducted by Charles Dutoit, the musical director of the Verbier Festival Orchestra.
