An open air concert on Munich's Königsplatz brings together opera stars Anna Netrebko, Jonas Kaufmann, and Thomas Hampson!

This unique event gathers on one stage a cast of operatic stars and superstars that would fulfill the dreams of any opera house manager: Anna Netrebko, Jonas Kaufmann, Thomas Hampson, mezzo-soprano Elena Zhidkova—acclaimed for her performances of Carmen, Dorabella in Così fan tutte, and Brangane in Tristan and Isolde—and Russian bass Ildar Abdrazakov, whose powerful voice has graced stages worldwide.

This open air concert, a unique event in European opera, takes place in the exceptional location of Munich's Königsplatz, whose large green spaces and monumental architecture splendidly frame the operatic stars' performances. The program features arias, duets, and trios from classic operas by Verdi, Puccini, Offenbach, and others.
