Clément Hervieu-Léger studied drama at the conservatoire in Paris. He enters the Comédie-Française in 2005. Among the roles he performed since then, we can note::

Clément Hervieu-Léger does not stick to theatre, since he appears in a few TV shows (Madame Le Proviseur, P. J.), TV movies (La Caracole by Marco Pauly, Une Visite inopportune by Don Kent, and La reine des connes by Guillaume Nicloux), and cinema (La Répétition by Catherine Corsini, Gabrielle by Patrice Chéreau).
Very interested in classical music and opera, Clément Hervieu-Léger becomes the assistant of the stage director Patrice Chéreau for a few productions, notably Cosi fan tutte at the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence in 2005, and Tristan und Isolde at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan in 2007. In 2011, he stages his first opera: La Didone, by Francesco Cavalli, at the théâtre de Caen.
