American pianist Marc Copoland is a great name in jazz. He has been developing a unique style since the 80s after beginning his career as a saxophist. He performs in several bands alongside Gary Peacock, Billy Hart, Joe Lovano, Randy Brecker, and Paul Motian. In the early 2000s, he began a series of solo and duo recordings and concerts with Vic Juris, Dave Liebman, Gary Peacock, and Greg Osby.
