Program notes

Stephen Hough has recorded over fifty albums, all acclaimed by critics and winners of the most famous awards. At the Verbier Festival, he performs in an eclectic program, with Liszt's famous Sonata in B, Beethoven's Clair de lune and a lesser known work, Scriabine's beautiful Sonata No. 4.

Stephen Hough will also perfom his own composition Broken branches and gives the audience an opportunity to discover his talent as a composer.
