The second celebratory concert is dedicated to the music of Johann Sebastian Bach and Johann Christoph Bach. It highlights the vitality of Wigmore Hall’s Early Music and Baroque Series, with Arcangelo, Jonathan Cohen’s period-instrument ensemble, and three outstanding soloists: Rachel Brown (flute), Isabelle Faust (violin) and Anna Lucia Richter (soprano).

Formed in 2010, Arcangelo is one of the world’s leading ensembles, bringing together exceptional musicians who excel on both historical and modern instruments, under the direction of founder and artistic director & conductor Jonathan Cohen.
