Martha Argerich was in Verbier for the 2012 edition of the festival. She notably performed Shchedrin's Romantic offering for piano and cello which she premiered in Lucerne with Mischa Maisky, almost one year ago. medici.tv encountered the pianist who kindly answered our questions.
